E. Robert Frenz, Jr., joined Richardson Plowden as an associate in the Charleston office in 2017. He is a member of the Richardson Plowden Corporate Law Practice Group where he focuses on estate planning and probate law. Frenz earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2012. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from The Citadel in 2009, where he was elected to serve on the 2009 Honor Court.
Prior to joining Richardson Plowden, Frenz worked as an associate attorney for a Columbia based firm, splitting his time between the capital city and his home, Charleston. He focused his practice on estate planning, probate administration and litigation, and corporate law. He has served as an attorney and guardian ad litem for the Mental Health and Chemical Dependency division of the Charleston County Probate Court.
Frenz and his wife, Allie, recently welcomed to the world their first son, Edward. His family are active members of the First Baptist Church of Charleston, and in his spare time, his hobbies include fishing, rooting for the Citadel Bulldogs, and enjoying the wonderful lowcountry outdoors.
