In October 2006, Richardson Plowden
moved into its new office building at 1900 Barnwell Street.
Conveniently located downtown near the soon-to-be-redeveloped
state hospital property, the 32,500-square-foot building includes
a state-of-the-art legal conference center with eight mediation
and arbitration rooms, including a large conference room that
can accommodate up to 60 people. The entire area is equipped
with WI FI for easy Internet access and wired for a variety
of data and media capabilities ideal for presentations and depositions.
The law library is electronic, enhancing research capabilities.
There are 45 attorney offices as well as 100 staff offices,
plus an additional 24,500 square feet for future expansion.
On-site parking is available.
Airport services are available for out-of-town and out-of-state
guests through Columbia Metropolitan Airport.
